Côtes du Forez Cuvée Spéciale 2016, Gamay

It is an assemblage of a traditional cuvée of sandy grounds vinified with warm pre- fermentation maceration and of the volcanic cuvée (60%-40%)

Tasting note: rather intense ruby color, nose more on the dark fruit side with the complexity brought by the volcanic cuvée, typical palate closed but balanced, a pepper touch is present
